Wednesday: Salmon stir fry
salmon filets, rice, bone broth, shredded carrots, onion, mushrooms, peas
Thursday: crock pot chicken noodle soup
chicken stock, shredded chicken, egg noodles, carrots, onions, kale, garlic, sourdough bread
Friday: homemade piza
homemade dough (check me blog), sauce, cheese, toppings of your choice
Saturday: ginger chicken with rice and broccoli
chicken breasts, minced ginger, coconut amonios, arrowroot flour, rice, bone broth, broccoli, sesame seeds
