Sunday: brisket tacos in the crock pot

brisket, can of diced tomatoes, one onion, diced green chilis, paprika, cumin, garlic, lime, cilantro, avocado, cheese, tortillas, sour cream, fruit

Monday: Kielbasa sausages with fruit and salad

kielbasa ( we like the grass fed Teton brand from costco), kraut, fruit, salad of choice

Tuesday: spaghetti with meat sauce

pasta of choice, red sauce, ground beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, parm

Wednesday: chicken taco soup

bone broth, chicken breasts, salsa verde, carrots, onions, garlic, zucchini, diced tomatoes, avocado, cheese, sour cream, white beans, tortilla strips

Thursday: beef and broccoli with bone broth ramen noodles

flank steak, tamari, lime, garlic, honey, arrowroot powder (for thickening the sauce), broccoli, ramen noodles, bone broth, soy, coconut aminos, tamari or japanese bbq sauce

Friday: homemade pizza rolls and smoothie

pizza dough, sauce, cheese, pepperoni, olives, smoothie ingredients of your choice

Saturday: steak and parm potatoes with fruit

steak cut of your choice, potatoes, parmesan, garlic powder, fruit.
