
2 cups of warm water *not too hot but warm enough to dissolve the gelatin.
3 1/2 tablespoons grass fed gelatin ( I use Perfect Supplements – LOVEDAPHNE10 gives you a discount!)
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons vanilla
Pour the warm water into a stand mixer bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let is sit to bloom for a few minutes. Using the whisk attachment, cover the bowl with a towel and mix on high. After a few minutes the mixture should be coming together and look white and fluffy. Add the maple syrup and vanilla. Mix for another 2 minutes or so until fully combined, white, and fluffy. Then pour out into a parchment lined 9×13 and place in the fridge to set. I store mine in a glass container in the fridge.
