We make this quiche for dinner at least a few times a month. It’s so delicious, hearty, and easy to make earlier in the day and bake at dinnertime if I know I have a busy afternoon ahead. Serve it with a smoothie, a salad, or fruit, and you have a simple, satisfying meal everyone will love.

First I make the pie crust which is easier than you might think! You can also use store bought crust if that feels better for you!
I use 10 eggs for this quiche, and I cook my bacon, spinach, and onions before combining all together.
