Ingredients:
1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup melted white chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cranberries, and melted butter until crumbly.
Press half the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
Spread cranberry sauce over the oat layer, then sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Let cook and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
Homemade cranberry sauce is just 2 cups fresh cranberries into a pot. Add 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup maple syrup, and 1 tbs cinnamon. Cook it on low for 5-7 minutes then begin mashing the cranberries into the liquid until thick. That’s it!
