Sunday: creamy potatoes, kale, and sausage soup

Bone broth, cream, potatoes, kale, sausage, seasoning of choice, carrots, onions, garlic

Monday: stuffed zucchini with ground beef, veggies and quinoa (leave out quinoa if grain free) and fruit 

Zucchini, ground beef, cooked quinoa, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, fruit

Tuesday: Greek chicken salad with naan bread

Chicken breasts, lettuce, feta, avocados, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, garlic, naan, dill, yogurt

Wednesday: salmon with roasted veggies and garlicky tahini lemon drizzle 

Salmon, veggies of your choice, garlic, tahini, lemon

Thursday: sheet pan fajitas (make as bowls for gf option)

Skirt steak, lime, garlic, onion, peppers, mushrooms, avocado, tortillas, sour cream, cheese

Friday: pizza and smoothies 

Pizza dough, sauce, cheese, toppings of choice 

Saturday: loaded burgers with Parmesan potatoes and fruit (bunless for gf)
