Below you will find the dinner I have planned for my family each night this week, as well as the ingredients – I don’t have specific recipes to share today but I will soon : ) I hope this is helpful in creating a more peace filled, intentional week ahead for you and your family!
Sunday: Steak and potatoes
steak of choice, potatoes
parm and seasoning
Monday: Chicken pot pie
shredded chicken, peas, carrots, onion, pie crust or biscuits (can omit if gf and just eat as filling), butter flour and milk for the béchamel (use arrowroot if gf), seasoning
Tuesday: Philly cheesesteak sloppy joes
ground beef, provolone, peppers, onions, mushrooms, buns if desired
Wednesday: Salmon bowls
salmon, japanese bbq sauce or coconut aminos, gf rice, bone broth to cook rice, cucumber, avocado, sesame seeds
Thursday: Chicken taco soup
bone broth, shredded chicken, carrot, onion, canned tomotoes with green peppers, salsa verde, shredded, cheese, avocado, sour cream
Friday: Pizza
dough of choice, sauce, cheese, toppings of choice
Saturday: Frittata
eggs, cream, goat cheese, bacon, tomatoes, asparagus
